Being a part his people and country through his Mothers roots from the gulf country of North Queensland , he has always dedicated himself to strengthening Indigenous Knowledge in many ways through film and the performing arts.

From a child, Victor has always been on stage in many forms of performing and through his career, he has presented music for film soundtracks, written scripts, and directed films with a natural ability to bring out the natural best in any characters he involves in his productions.

With over many years of experience with land and cultural management, Victor has developed trustful relationships with many indigenous communities from all over Australia. Through his career he has developed specific training and research methodologies using multi media and film for the revival of land management particularly with fire management and the transfer of traditional knowledge. In 2004 Victor also produced a film in the form of a documentary, to be the very first film review to accepted by the commonwealth as a valid progress report for on country projects.

His work has given him experience with other Indigenous peoples from a international scale with numerous communities within New Zealand, North America, Canada, and Finland.

“It is important to maintain communities mentoring communities through a traditional network and kinship. This is the most important thing for maintaining initiatives at a grass roots level, to share more opportunities of working together by strengthening our own identities. Through film and music, we can enhance this greatly by maintaining culture in contemporary way using modern tools.”

Victor also plays the role as a strong cultural and natural advisor and a professional in his field of community and environmental wellbeing. He plays the role of a motivator speaker and has a strong desire to see Indigenous peoples rise to be equal and active participators in the future programs and contributions of the world. Over all he greatest passion and dream is to gain greater audiences to the productions he creates by gaining greater opportunities that brings him closer to the world stage.
